OK, so I don’t have a picture. My daughter (the vegan) was home for a visit and before she left I wanted to make a nice dessert to go with lunch. So together we searched the freezer, We found some left over frozen raspberries. The result was an absolutely fantastic dessert and it looked great too. Take my word!
Recipe as follows:
- About 280 grams frozen raspberries
- 1 frozen banana
- a small handful of cashew nuts
- a squirt of agave syrup
- about 50 ml of almond milk
Throw it all in your Optimum and run on high using your tamper tool to keep movement. The frozen ingredients does work your Optimum hard, so if it appears to struggle give it a quick rest!. Eventually you get a beautiful smooth, thick, deep pink mixture. Serve up and enjoy!
