One of the latest must have kitchen gadgets is the high performance blender.   If you are vegan and/or vegetarian it is considered an essential tool.  These include brands such as Vitamix, Blendtec, NutriBullets, Optimum, etc.  Starting at about £300.00 and going up to nearly £1,000.00 these little machines do not come cheap!   So do your homework!
